Chocolate Cake for Vegan

Fantastic cakes. This is a cake that is very simple, but very tasty and fantastic for the vegan. You can use rice flour or wheat flour other than wheat. You can also add chocolate chips and, or nuts.
I did not tell anyone that it was vegan so they will not be prejudiced cake. They loved it and were surprised to learn it was vegan! the recipe is simple to make, the materials are relatively inexpensive. I use 1/2 cup instead of 1/4 cup brown listed and baked in a “circular cake pan 9 which I lined with baking paper and sprinkled with flour. It took about 35 minutes to fully cook. For vegetarians” buttercream “frosting I mixed 1 / 4 cup softened margerine, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla, 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar, and about half a tablespoon of soy milk or enough to make a spreadable consistensy. hope this helps someone!

This cake is de-licious. I have found that if you made the day before you want to eat it, it was better. (Actually, it seems a bit more humid if not exactly fresh). I have also been taking advice from other users and make this cake without cocoa, namely by adding 2 bananas mashed and replace vanilla with banana extract. It turned out like banana bread and opaque fantastic with banana frosting (1 cup powdered sugar beet, 1 tsp banana extract, 1/4 cup soy milk margerine and 1 tbsp. Beaten until smooth and creamy)
