Chicken Casserole Low Calorie

If you see a recipe calorie, it is sometimes difficult to find a recipe that will keep the weight but still attractive enough that your family will not complain when you serve it to them! This healthy chicken casserole is one recipe. Anything that usually calorie dense replaced with low calorie healthy alternatives.

Ingredients are required:
4 cups of meat skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cooked and cut into small pieces
4 teaspoon onion flakes
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 teaspoons fresh garlic, minced
1 cup of Campbell’s Healthy Request Cream Chicken Soup
1 cup frozen artichoke hearts
2 cups cooked long-grain brown rice
6 1/2 ounces shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese

Preparation:

Start by turning on the oven and preheat to 350 degrees F.
Stir together all ingredients and soup into a large bowl.
Add brown rice, artichoke hearts and you brown the chicken and continue to mix them together.
Take a baking sheet and lightly spray with vegetable oil to prevent sticking and then put the mixture evenly on the baking pan.
Sprinkle grated cheese over the mixture and bake for 30-35 minutes.
